Christmas timetable

Here is my timetable for the Christmas holidays.

Christmas Timetable
Wednesday classes (Exhall Grange and Moat House) back on the 6th.
Thursday Yoga for Backs back on the 7th.
Friday classes (Virgin) back on the 8th.
Sunday Men’s class back on the 10th.
Monday Classes (QDJC and Yoga for Backs) back on the 4th.
Tuesday (QDJC morning) classes today 22nd and 29th, running through Xmas.
Tuesday (QDJC evening) last class today 22nd, back on the 5th.

Friday class

I’m afraid that my Friday morning class will have to be cancelled this week. My Friday evening class is still on, but Magda has kindly said she will cover it.

Men's Sunday class

Just to let you know there is no Men’s class this Sunday, I’m off to the Yoga show. We will be back on the 1st November.

Also the Yoga for Backs 6 week course has finished and restarts on the 2nd November. We have also started a Thursday evening (on the 5th) Yoga for Backs 7:00-8:00 at the Chiropractic in Clifton Road.

Holiday

NEW UPDATE 5/09/15
I am on my Holidays from today my Men’s only class is cancelled this week and Caron has kindly said she well cover the class next week, I will be back on the 20th. My 6 week back care classes, have finished and restart on the 14th, please contact myself or Clifton Road Chiropractic. My other classes are being covered, so please do still go to my other classes.

Yoga for backs
Monday from 1:00pm
This is a small specialist class for  people with bad backs. This is a 6 week course designed for people with chronic bad backs. Booking essential, no drop ins. Please contact me or Clifton Road Chiropractic, for further details.

So much to say

Where to start!
Well my Queen Diamond evening classes have moved into a bigger room, so I can now fit more people in. Also my Monday evening class has moved times 7:30-8:30 PM. I am off on a workshop over the next couple of days, so my Wednesday class is being covered by a lovely teacher called Lesley. I am also off on a other workshop on Sunday, and I can’t get any cover for that class, so it is cancelled for this week, we will be back on the 24th July.

Just a reminder that the Sunday class is not on tomorrow, the 22nd. We will be back next week the 28th. Hope to see you all then.
