Merry Christmas
Well it’s been a very strange year. The first lockdown all my classes were cancelled, then they were back on, then off again, when will they be back on? At this point in time I can’t say.
But I would like to say a merry Christmas to you all and a big thank you to all the students that have stood by my over the last year. I hope that we can meet up again in the new year.
Happy Christmas and have a fantastic new year.

Covid 19 new regulations
Here is a summary of the new regulations concerning Covid 19 and my Yoga classes in community halls:
As I understand it, you should wear a face mask entering and leaving the centres, but do not have too during the class its self. This does not effect my classes at sports centres and gyms.
We are now recommending that face coverings are worn in additional indoor settings and this will be enforceable in law.
Currently you are required to wear face coverings in shops, supermarkets, indoor shopping centres, indoor transport hubs and public transport.
For members of the public, from 8 August this will be expanded to include:
· massage parlours.
· community centres
All forms of face coverings may restrict breathing efficiency and should not be used during exercise except on specific advice from a physician.
I hope to see you all soon
