Holiday's in August

I am away the week commencing the 13th August, for 8 days, I will be back on the 22nd. Most of my classes are covered, thank you to all the teachers that are covering my classes. The ones that are cancelled are Tuesday morning 14th and 21st, at the Queen Diamond Jubilee Centre and my Men's only class on a Sunday.

Sunday's Men's Yoga Class

There will not be a Men's class this Sunday 24th June, as it is my mum's birthday. The next class will be on the 1st July at the Overslade Centre. 

New Classes

I am excited to inform you all, that I have some new classes starting next week at Anytime Fitness, in Rugby, next to Asda. Saturday 8:30-9:30 and Monday 9:30-10:30. I hope you can make it.

Classes over this week.

 I apologise over the short notice in cancelling the class last night at Xercise4less, I only found out at the last minuet. This mornings classes are on, at Nuffield Health Rugby, not sure about tonight's classes, please see my Facebook page Pmtyoga for updates.  I'm going to cancel this Sunday's men's only class, not sure what the weather is going to do.

New classes for 2018

Great news everyone I have some new classes for the new year. 9:15-10:25am and 4:55-5:55pm at the Nuffield Sports Centre in Rugby. As well as my two concurrent classes, 10:30-11:00 and 6:00-7:00, also at the Nuffield Centre. 
Please keep a eye on new classes starting in the next couple of weeks.

Katha –Upanishad

4th or 1000 BC

Know the self is the charioteer and the body is the chariot. Know further that the wisdom faculty is the driver, where as the mind is the reins.

The senses, they say, are the horses, and the sense objects are the pasture.

He whose mind is constantly unyoked, lacking in understanding- his senses are uncontrollable like the unruly horses of a driver.

But he whose mind is always yoked – his senses are controllable like the obedient horses of a driver.

 And he who is devoid of understanding mindless and always impure, he never attains that lofty goal, but move around in the cycle (repeated births and deaths)

But he who understands, always with a pure mind, verily reaches that goal whence one is not born again.

The man who has understanding as his driver, with the mind as his (well controlled) reins, he reaches the end of the journey.
